Where is UTV Venture Room located?
UTV Venture Room is located at UiTM Technoventure Sdn Bhd, UiTM-MTDC Technopreneur Centre, Universiti Teknologi MARA, 40450 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
What is the maximum capacity of UTV Venture Room?
Capacity depends on the seating arrangement. The U-shaped boardroom, classroom and banquet layouts accommodate up to 30 participants, the cluster layout up to 32 participants, and the theatre layout up to 50 participants.
Is UTV Venture Room suitable for corporate training and workshops?
Yes. UTV Venture Room offers flexible seating arrangements suitable for corporate training, professional development programmes, workshops, seminars, and business meetings.
Can I choose a different seating arrangement?
Yes. The venue offers U-shaped, classroom, theatre, banquet, boardroom and cluster seating arrangements to suit different event requirements, subject to booking confirmation.
How can I book UTV Venture Room?
Visit the UTV Venture Room booking page, select your preferred room layout, and review the available rental packages and booking details.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you may cancel your booking by notifying UTV Academy in advance. The RM100 booking deposit is refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the scheduled event date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit of RM100 is required to confirm your booking.
When will my deposit be refunded?
For completed bookings, the deposit is refunded within seven working days after the rental period ends, subject to inspection and the rental terms.
Can I visit Venture Room before booking?
Yes. You’re welcome to visit Venture Room before proceeding with your booking.
Is the rental fee inclusive of a meal package?
The rental fee includes the room and its facilities. Meal packages are not included.
